This montage shows how companies selling synthetic turf products actively market their products to children and the adults responsible for those children.
What is striking is the lack of response from the CPSC to these revelations discovered by a simple internet search. Sure looks like the products are marketed to and used by children. The evidence exists:
CDC lists AT as 1 of 7 sources of lead exposure to children - yet CDC precautions are not enforced.
PEER has repeatedly asked the CPSC to regulate AT as a children's product- yet CPSC fails to act.
Why is a federal agency unable to come to the same conclusion in the face of such compelling evidence?
